Teach Children to Save Themselves

We're looking for survival swim instructors in Springfield and Rogers. No experience necessary — we train you.

No Experience Necessary

You do not need to be a swim coach, a lifeguard or a competitive swimmer. We train you from the beginning.
100+ Hours of Hands-On Training

All of our instructors have gone through intensive 100+ hours hands-on training. Our leadership team is certified through the Survival Swim Development Network and all of our instructors are trained by us to follow this certification.
Mornings or Evenings

Lessons run in morning and evening blocks, so the schedule can fit around school, another job, or your own family.
The Work Matters

Drowning is the #1 cause of death for children ages 1–4. You would spend your day teaching children to save themselves.
